Viewing a Home

Submitting an Application

Vist the property listing online and submit an application by hitting the red “Apply” button.

APPLICATION PROCESSING

Application processing involves the following:

  • Credit screening
  • Employment/income verification
  • Resident History

Pet Policy

Due to insurance costs and limitations, 有些狗主可能不会批准下列犬只类别的申请人:

  • American Staffordshire Terrier
  • Akita
  • Mastiff
  • Cane Corso

  • Siberian Huskie
  • Wild dogs such as Wolf Hybrids

Security Deposit

A minimum of one month’s rent will be required as a security deposit; with a maximum of two month’s rent. 所要求的保证金必须在租赁文件签署后的72小时内收到, or by the specific date on the lease document.

Screening Criteria

Rental History

Income

Applicants must earn approximately 3 times the amount of the monthly rent. 如每月入息不符合规定，业主可拒绝申请.

Employment

Credit

Automatic Denials

  • Any open bankruptcy
